It was just before two in the night that the alarm came to SOS that a passenger car was burning with open flames in a forest area at Kjula, near the entrance to the E20. The car was about 30 meters into the forest from County Road 899, according to police.
The rescue service was able to extinguish the fire and even police were called to the scene. There were then no people left at the scene and it is unclear what is behind the fire. A notification of damage by fire has been prepared.
