“The courage and huge sacrifices of the peoples of Great Britain, the United States, the USSR and all the allied countries led to the defeat of the Nazi regime,” he added.

Earlier, the Russian leader announced the absence of archival documents confirming the assumption that the USSR allegedly intended to start a preventive war against Germany.
