“I have already met with my brother (of the deceased. - RT ), he seemed to me a reasonable person who is ready for a constructive dialogue. But then a representative of the victims appears and states that they are not ready to take the money. And we decided not to offer more money to the family of the deceased, ”he said.
According to him, the relevant proposal remains valid, but if Zakharov’s relatives do not want to use it, then let the court decide.
“The compensation will be that which the judge will appoint by his decision,” the lawyer said.
On the evening of June 8, a car driven by Efremov drove into the oncoming lane on Smolenskaya Square in the center of Moscow and crashed into a van, which Zakharov was driving.
