Drug seizures carried out by the national police at Dervallières in Nantes. - National police

An operation to dismantle a large drug trade was carried out Tuesday in the Dervallières district of Nantes, announces the national police. Five people were arrested and brought to justice. No less than 2.6 kg of cannabis resin, shit balls (30 g), 240 g of "details", a sum of 1,000 euros and two vehicles were seized.

Thanks to a report from a local resident, assaulted by traffickers who demanded access to his accommodation, the investigators were able to locate two apartments used for drug trafficking. The point of deal was held rue Honoré-Daumier, in the lobby of the building and was open from noon to midnight.

Up to 400 euros in revenue per day

One of the suspects arrested was responsible for monitoring the apartment 24 hours a day and making the goods, according to the police. He claims to have conditioned in three or four days some 10 kilos of resin in pellets of 0.80g. or 10,000 dumplings per day.
The alleged traffic manager, however, acknowledged the main facts. He collected deliveries of products (grass and resin) in the neighborhood park, supplied the deal point, checked the installation of “charcoal burners” (sellers) and recovered the fruit of the sales at the end of the day, reports the police. The recipe could increase to 400 euros per day.

The five suspects will be tried this Friday afternoon in the correctional court as part of the immediate appearance. Two accomplices were also arrested in Laval on Wednesday.
