A large mother from the village of Tulipny, Orenburg Region, 26-year-old Alyona Lichtenwald returned four seized children.

“At home, joy - children play all together. During the time they spent in the orphanage, the children have not changed, ”says Alyona’s husband Nikolay Samoroka RT. - When they met children, they bought balloons. They were so happy. ”

According to Samoroka, for the time being the whole family will live with Lichtenwald’s parents in Orsk, because repairs began in their house. According to the head of the family, at least a month is needed to bring housing in order.

However, Nicholas does not exclude that the family may leave Tulip. Officials promised to enroll younger children in preschool institutions in Orsk.

“So it is likely that we will subsequently move permanently to Orsk if we can get some kind of housing there. But so far these are only plans, ”explains Samoroka’s RT.

At the same time, Nicholas notes that the verification according to the statement of the local paramedic that he allegedly raised his hand to the eldest daughter Leroux continues. According to him, her medical card is now being studied at the juvenile commission.

Scandalous seizure

Previously, RT talked about the seizure of four children from 26-year-old Alyona Lichtenwald and her husband, 32-year-old Nikolai Samoroka.

The couple videotaped the actions of police and guardianship officers and posted it on the net. The video caused a wide public outcry. The footage shows how people in uniform forcefully tear a crying child out of the hands of the mother, and then handcuff the woman.

After the seizure of four children, the guardianship authorities filed a lawsuit to restrict Lichtenwald's parental rights.

Spouses claim that the reason for the removal of children was poor housing conditions. The family lives in a dilapidated house, and officials say that officials forbid spending maternity capital funds on its repair. Nikolai Samoroka even posted a video message asking him to help solve this problem.

In addition, the family had a conflict with the doctors of the district hospital. Alyona and Nikolai believe that due to the negligent attitude of doctors to their duties, their child was seriously ill in the winter.

According to Samoroka, in January 2020, a nurse diagnosed the child with an incorrect diagnosis, after which he was hospitalized with pneumonia. The man wrote a complaint about the negligence of the physician, after which the guardianship authorities visited their house frequently with checks.

“There are no signs of negligence”

Paramedic of the local hospital Gulzhan Suleymanova insists on the opposite version of these events. According to her, the parents did not follow the children and did not allow them to be examined, as a result, the kids were often sick.

“We came to the house with a nurse, and one of the girls approached us. She seemed to want to say something. I examined her and suspected pneumonia. We went to the hospital, where the diagnosis was confirmed. If they had not insisted on the examination, nobody would have treated the child, ”says Suleymanova RT.

According to her, the parents did not pay due attention to the kids: there was a mess in the house, and the children walked in crowded diapers.

According to the paramedic, once during the examination, she noticed an older girl’s chest print on her chest and red stripes on her back, as if someone had beaten her with a thin belt. But the doctor allegedly did not have time to fix the signs of beatings, because her parents put her out the door.

However, Alla Vorotnikova, the head physician of the Orsk Specialized Orphanage, where the children seized from Lichtenwald lived for almost two weeks, said that the kids “had no pronounced signs of untidiness.”

Meanwhile, the regional prosecutor’s office began checking how the family bought a dilapidated house at the expense of maternity capital.

According to law enforcement, a one-story house was acquired by the family in 2017. Before that, no one lived in the house for more than six years. The cost of housing in 450 thousand rubles, taking into account the fact that it required repair and maintenance, according to preliminary data, was overstated. Now, on the fact of possible fraudulent actions when using maternity capital funds, an audit is being conducted, explain to the district prosecutor's office.

In addition, a criminal case was instituted against guardianship officers under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Negligence”.
