Housing in and around the property on Gyllenstiernsgatan where the explosion occurred received an information sheet from the district administration and the police during Thursday. Johanna Sallerhed, inspector of serious crimes, announces that the investigation will be closed. This is despite the fact that several interviews have been conducted, there is video from the course of events and a comprehensive technical evidence has been analyzed.
“The investigation will be closed because no one could be prosecuted for the crime. However, if new evidence / information emerges, the investigation can be re-opened. ”Writes Johanna Sallerhed, inspector of serious crimes.
According to the police, there is also currently no known threat scenario to the specific address.
