A couple of senior citizens recovered from the Corona virus 20 days after they were infected with it, and we were able to return to their normal lives after spending a quarantine period, despite their chronic illnesses, and they passed the age of 70.
Yaqoub Yusef Al Hammadi said that his 75-year-old father had a sudden health problem, and he rushed to transfer him to a private hospital with his 73-year-old mother.
He added that they had undergone a medical swab, and the result was positive.
He added, "It was one of the most difficult moments for me to get to the ambulance without an escort, as a result of the precautionary measures."
Al-Hammadi affirmed his parents ’medical tests, and appointed a specialized medical team to care for them and give them treatment and vitamins to strengthen their immunity.
He stated that the health authorities' interest in them psychologically, therapeutically and nutritionally, contributed to their speedy recovery from the virus and the return of reassurance to family members, because their condition was stable and they did not witness any development or deterioration.
He continued that they spent 20 days in quarantine inside the hotel, and they were given five medical smears before they were allowed to return to the house, after the negative result appeared.
Al-Hammadi also confirmed their introduction of the home stone as a preventive measure for two weeks, based on their desire, and providing them with the necessary needs around the clock, pointing out that the end of the entire period of the stone was a holiday for family members, as everyone celebrated their return to their normal life, and their recovery from the Corona virus.
