This intervention was at the very least unusual for the municipal police of Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes). On Wednesday afternoon, the agents had to arrest a man who was walking around without pants or underwear near the city's media library.
Handed over to the national police, the individual was identified. He is a man suffering from psychiatric problems, originally from Nice, said 20 minutes the town hall of Antibes. He was to be interned in a specialized service in the French Riviera capital.
