Sweden Rock Festival wants to convert its staff parking to the festival area and have a dispensation from the beach protection for 20 days in order to have a stage five meters from the sea, writes BLT.
At the same time, they apply to have a temporary recycling station in a beach protected area.
The building committee of the municipality of Sölvesborg has approved the beach protection dispensary but with the objection that the scene should be at least 25 meters from the sea.
The municipality also requires that it be investigated whether the mud masses laid in the parking area contain any toxins that can spread to the sea.
