After the rebound in American consumption (+ 18% in May), data relating to the construction of new houses (+ 4.3%, below analysts' expectations) and permits for the opening of construction sites (+14, 4%) are welcomed positively, but with some caution by investors. Dow Jones at + 0.20% and Nasdaq + 0.72%.

In Europe the squares move in random order. Milan is volatile, eliminates weak earnings and returns below parity to -0.11%; Paris earns more than a point and London and Frankfurt mark increases of about half a point.
At Piazza Affari, at the bottom of the Ftse Mib, the Atlantia stock (-2.79%) is looking for an agreement with the government on Aspi. Recordati, on the other hand, rose sharply to + 4.65%: the pharmaceutical company announced positive results from the second Phase III study with its therapy for chronic Cushing's disease.
