Barbecue outside for midsummer - but only in northern Sörmland

If you want to grill outside until midsummer, you have to do it in the northern parts of the county. The rescue service Räddsam raises the ban in Eskilstuna, Strängnäs and Flen. In the municipalities of Gnesta, Trosa, Nyköping and Oxelösund, there is still a fire ban. In Vingåker and Katrineholm, Västra Sörmland's rescue service does not recommend firing.

Whoever fires is always responsible for any consequences, Räddsam writes in a press release.
