A new title for Benjamin Pavard, Kingsley Coman and Lucas Hernandez: the three French internationals of Bayern delivered contrasting performances on Tuesday at the coronation of the Bavarian club, the 30th in its history and its 8th consecutive, after the 1-0 victory over the Werder Bremen lawn.

- Benjamin Pavard, safe bet -

The third most used player in Bayern this season behind Manuel Neuer and Joshua Kimmich, Benjamin Pavard honored his status by making a clean copy in an encounter where he had little to do defensively. Arriving from Stuttgart last summer, the world champion nevertheless managed to silence critics this season and won his first major title with a club.

- Kingsley Coman disappointing -

In the pouring rain of the Weserstadion, the twirling winger never knew how to make a difference. Not very sharp, his percussions did not weigh on the meeting, even if he rose in power during the match, with in particular two slaloms in the area (67th, 80th). But the main thing is elsewhere tonight, since Coman won his fifth Bundesliga title with Bayern at 24.

Lucas Hernandez, the "most expensive substitute in the world", grabbed a few minutes of play, replacing Serge Gnabry in the 82nd minute. If he made a decisive intervention moments after entering the game, he will have to do more to convince his coach Hansi Flick, who recently admitted that his player had "crossed a difficult pass".
