In the criminal case, there were people who ruined his finances because of racial discrimination. For example, his car was written with the key word racial hatred. Even more serious include saying that they were killed as a result of racial discrimination. For almost 5 years, I participated in the case of Ji Xinran, an international student in South Carolina, during the trial process, according to the criminal's confession, because he (Ji Xinran) looks like a Chinese, so the Chinese must be rich, This so-called biased concept of race, they decided to rob him. During this attempted robbery, they beat him to death.

That is the problem of racial discrimination that has become more prominent in the United States because of the new crown epidemic. According to reports, during the New Crown Outbreak, there were many incidents of so-called racial discrimination or hate crimes against Chinese ethnic groups or individuals, even Asian ethnic groups or individuals, in many parts of the United States. I think that if a society allows any ethnic group to discriminate against other ethnic groups, basically this society cannot really achieve a stable state.

Protests and demonstrations caused by Freud's death in recent days and the increasingly tense epidemic situation are worrying for the Chinese-American community in the United States. To this end, Cai Minhui invited American political and legal figures to hold an online meeting, calling on all sectors of society to resist racial discrimination and safeguard the rights and interests of the Chinese ethnic group from the legislative level.

We hope that other white lawyers can also receive more information and try to reduce as much as possible the anti-immigrant, anti-Asian, and anti-Chinese discrimination that is now present in American society.
