The United Arab Emirates has expressed its condemnation of the attempts of the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia to target civilian areas of Khamis Mushayt in Saudi Arabia through a "booby-trapped" unmanned aircraft intercepted by the coalition forces.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the UAE renewed its full solidarity with the Kingdom in the face of these terrorist attacks against civilians and standing with it in one row against every threat to its security, stability and support in all its measures to preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents of Its territory.

The statement stressed that the security of the United Arab Emirates and the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are indivisible and that any threat or danger facing the Kingdom is considered by the state to be a threat to the security and stability system in it.

The statement indicated that the continuation of these attacks illustrates the nature of the danger facing the region from the Houthi coup and is new evidence that this militia seeks to undermine security and stability in the region.
