Returning to the sport, as Uvarova emphasized, do not rush to the load.

“If during quarantine you did not pay due attention to physical exercises, then, continuing regular training, adhere to the principle of gradualness. To begin with, it will be enough two or three times a week to do a light workout for 40 minutes a day (these can be exercises for abs, running, brisk walking or swimming). And only then strive to increase volumes, ”the trainer noted.

She also recalled the need to follow a diet.

“Be sure to eat three times a day and eat healthy snacks if you feel severe hunger,” concluded Uvarova.
