In the epidemiological investigation of confirmed cases and the traceability of big data, it is found that there are history of activities of agricultural wholesale markets in Beijing Xinfadi or contact history of relevant personnel. On June 13, the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and the Municipal Supervision Commission established an investigation team to investigate the problems of negligence and default in the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic in the Beijing Xinfadi agricultural products wholesale market. After investigation, Zhou Yuqing, deputy head of Fengtai District, Wang Hua, secretary of the Party Committee of Huaxiang in Fengtai District, and Zhang Yuelin, general manager of Xinfadi Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, failed to implement the "four-party responsibility" in the epidemic prevention and control work. Problems such as the elimination of work are not in place.

In addition, after studying by the Standing Committee of the Fengtai District Committee, Wang Hua was dismissed; the relevant units were ordered to remove Zhang Yuelin from the position of general manager of the Xinfadi agricultural products wholesale market.
