“At 2:29 Moscow time, upon arrival at the scene of the explosion it was established: there was a cylinder explosion without subsequent burning, the supporting structures of two garage boxes were damaged,” the department said.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that "as a result of the explosion, two people were injured, one of them is a child of 14 years old."
