Multiple gray areas remain to be clarified by the investigators. This Sunday, around 4 a.m., a 20-year-old man was hospitalized after being seriously wounded by a bullet in Chassieu, near Lyon. His life would not be threatened according to Le Progrès which reports this case.
The facts occurred in a grill and pizza restaurant in Chassieu after a dispute between two customers of the establishment. One of them, aged 32, then allegedly pulled out a revolver and shot the victim, who was hit in the legs.
The suspect in police custody
The suspect was arrested immediately after the incident and taken into police custody.
The investigation, entrusted to the judicial police of Lyon, will notably have to determine if the two men knew each other and to clarify the reason for the dispute which led to the shootings.
