In addition to the compulsory return to school for all pupils enrolled in primary and secondary schools, but also in nurseries, everywhere in France from June 22, Emmanuel Macron announced this Sunday that the Ile de France will switch from this Monday in the green zone. Only Mayotte and Guyana remain orange. This is what it will change for the Paris region.

Restaurants can reopen their rooms

For several days, restaurateurs and cafetiers have been complaining about having to limit their services to terraces only. Here they are answered: as of Monday, the rooms will once again be accessible to customers. But for now, there is no question of hugging people as before. Barrier gestures oblige, you have to respect a meter between each table, which reduces the capacity of establishments, especially in Paris where the square meter is expensive. Customers must also wear a mask when entering their table, and when going to the toilet.

Accessible theaters and performance halls

This is more symbolic than for restaurants, the theatrical seasons being completed at this time of the year. But there too, theaters and halls will once again be able to welcome the public, with respect for barrier gestures. No question of completing them as before for now, which poses big problems for show organizers who demand the end of measures of social distancing. In Marseille, the famous Criée theater refused to reopen under these conditions.

Gyms, swimming pools and gyms to resume

Long awaited decision there again, the sports facilities will reopen their doors. For swimming pools, which are often municipal equipment, it will undoubtedly be necessary to set up time slots for swimmers, or even ask them to come in a swimsuit, like what is gradually taking place in the region. For the gyms, mostly private, it is a real liberation for an economic sector that weighs heavily, and for its practitioners, forced to practice outdoors. Hand washing, cleaning the mask, wearing the mask if necessary, or even booking a time slot are essential.

The campsites too

Much more anecdotal in Ile-de-France, tourists will be able to go to campsites from this Monday.
