18 people were killed and 166 injured in a large-scale accident that caused a tank-lory vehicle to explode on the 13th in Zhejiang, China.

According to China Central TV on the 14th, at around 4:46 p.m. (local time) on the previous day, a tank-rory exploded near the exit of the highway in Wonling City, Zhejiang Province, collapsed nearby roadside buildings, causing this casualty.

Casualties continue to increase as field searches continue.

A rescue team and equipment were added to the accident site overnight.
The initial investigation revealed that the exploded tank lorry was on its way from Ningbo to Wenzhou as a vehicle that transports liquefied gas, and was believed to have exploded in the vicinity of the highway to the national road.

A tank-rory explosion severely damaged several roadside four-story buildings, and one of them collapsed completely.

Zhejiang authorities have put in more than 450 firefighters to rescue the collapsed buildings, and wounded people are taken to hospitals for treatment.
