The General Administration of Human Resources worked in cooperation with the Happiness and Positive Council in Dubai Police to receive all employees and provide guidance and awareness brochures to them about preventive and precautionary measures, and hand them sterilization materials, gloves and masks for wearing during work.

The director of the General Department of Human Resources in Dubai Police, Brigadier Dr. Saleh Abdullah Murad, said that the employees ’joining the force in their work duties 100% comes in accordance with the directives of the Dubai government in this regard, amid full implementation of the precautionary and preventive measures, according to the“ return to work protocol ”issued by the Human resources for the Dubai government.

He added that the Dubai Police General Command has worked to achieve a set of precautionary measures to ensure public safety in all workplaces, including an initial diagnosis of the health status of employees before entering the internal work environment and mixing with colleagues through temperature measurement using modern equipment and sterilization, and affirming keenness on the employees to wear sleeves .

He explained that Dubai Police was keen on sterilizing offices and all spaces in public departments and police stations, and providing all sterilization materials for employees and working to sensitize them to maintaining physical distance while carrying out job tasks by leaving a distance of not less than two meters between them. Dubai also worked to redesign Work environment to achieve physical distance, such as putting stickers to determine the distances between employees and their colleagues, as well as between employees and auditors, in addition to working to make them aware of the procedures that must be taken from the moment of leaving the house until leaving the workplace.

He pointed out that Dubai Police worked to provide an integrated work system for some jobs that owners can work remotely such as elderly groups, people of determination and those who suffer from chronic diseases, in addition to providing a hotline for employees and their families in the event of any symptoms or suspected infection with the Corona virus.

He stressed that the staff were educated in the event of suspected infection with any type of symptoms of the virus, whether (fever, cough, shortness of breath, body pain, headache), staying at home, as well as disclosing contact with any of the confirmed cases of coronavirus.
