After the incident with a boat in Kamchatka, a case was initiated

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Far Eastern Investigation Directorate for Transport of the IC of Russia.

It is noted that the case was instituted under an article on violation of the safety rules for maritime traffic.

It is also reported that the boat is being towed to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

Earlier it was reported that a boat overturned off the coast of the Kamchatka Territory in Avacha Bay, rescuers are looking for four missing people.
