Over 100 people detained during protests in London

This is stated in a message from Scotland Yard on Twitter.

As of 21: 00hrs more than 100 people have been arrested during today's protest for offences including breach of the peace, violent disorder, assault on officers, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of class A drugs, and drunk and disorder.

“More than 100 people were detained during today's protests for breaking the rule of law,” the text says.

It is noted that the protesters attacked the police, some carried drugs and weapons.

Earlier it became known that English football fans and Black Lives Matter protesters rioted and clashed with police in central London.
