According to Interfax, the ceremony was held at the Sevmash enterprise in Severodvinsk.
As part of the ceremony, the Naval Andreevsky flag was hoisted on a submarine.
Earlier, the nuclear-powered cruiser “Prince Vladimir” completed a check out at sea and arrived in Severodvinsk.
