The Ministers “emphasized the achieved level of political contacts, significant prospects for enhancing cooperation in the areas of healthcare, energy, transport infrastructure, geological exploration and agriculture, noted the mutual disposition to consolidate traditionally demanded humanitarian ties.”
Lavrov "expressed hope for maintaining the continuity of bilateral cooperation in the spirit of friendship, solidarity and mutual consideration of interests."
Earlier it was reported that Lavrov had a telephone conversation with the Minister for Foreign and European Affairs of Malta Evarist Bartolo.
