What is an expensive wine? In Spain, anything that approaches 20 euros or exceeds them is considered as such. The essence of the sales of our Rioja or Ribera wineries is well below these figures: between 7 and 10 euros a bottle of aging. And what is a very expensive wine? Well there the figures soar to 500, 1,000 euros ... and even much more for a handful of famous producers, almost all from Burgundy and Bordeaux .
