Dubai Courts are moving towards the future with the “C3 Court” project, in which the three levels of litigation are merged into one court, and the time limit for litigation is reduced to 30 days instead of 305 days, thus becoming the first court in the world to reduce the three levels of litigation in one circle, within its participation In the first phase of the "Dubai 10X" initiative adopted by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, supervised by the Dubai Future Foundation.
