A year after the disappearance of Dana Leonte, the young woman disappeared in Arenas (Málaga) and allegedly murdered and dismembered by her partner, DNA confirms that the remains found in multiple Civil Guard battles belong to her, Sur reports .
The skeletal remains whose DNA coincides with that of Dana Leonte belong to the extremities or the spine, but none allows the cause of death to be determined. Last fall, the Civil Guard found human remains in the vicinity of the place where the young Romanian woman was being sought.
Her partner, Sergio RG, has been in prison since a femur appeared in September, which, after analysis, turned out to belong to Dana Leonte .
Dana, 31, disappeared exactly one year ago today in the municipality of Arenas, where she lived with her boyfriend, who claimed that she had left voluntarily, burdened by debt and leaving the daughter in charge of him of both, then seven months, a version of which the young woman's family had always been suspicious of.
With him he had a baby, the subject of litigation between the two families, Dana's and his partner's, because they both want custody. The lawyer Marcos García Montes has been trying for a long time for the little girl to be with her mother's family, since her paternal uncles currently have her.
