For his part, the accused said in the Public Prosecution investigations that he rented the apartment for the purpose of investing it with the knowledge of its owner, but the latter denied this completely, in addition to that the accused's account is not convincing that he rented it at 55 thousand dirhams, and re-rented it with 49 thousand, and the criminal court sentenced him and imprisoned him for three months and a fine of 150 One thousand dirhams.
