Witnesses to the deed could soon point out the 13-year-old. The ongoing investigation revealed that the suspect himself had been subjected to a robbery shortly before, and it was speculated as to whether there was a connection between the events.

It is not clear if that was the case. The 13-year-old who is suspected of the murder completely denies the murder.

The prosecution's investigation has led to the social service in Östra Göteborg asking the prosecutor to pursue the case as a so-called court case. It would never have been relevant if the 13-year-old admitted.

According to the Gothenburg Post, the prosecutor expects to bring the evidence of the murder in a few weeks.

- I would not have brought a probation for murder if he had told straight away and acknowledged everything. Then there was no reason for that. Now it is important for everyone involved to have the court determine what happened, prosecutor Mats Ihlbom tells GP.

At the same time, charges are raised for the suspected robbery that should have taken place before the knife act. In that case, two other people are suspected.

A trial is like a normal trial. The purpose is to determine the debt issue. The only difference is that the suspect cannot be convicted. He is already in charge of the social services, but a decision by the court can help the social service to take the right action.

The prosecutor expects to raise the evidence of the murder in a few weeks. At the same time, the robbery is being prosecuted. In the latter case, two other persons are suspected.
