Emmanuel Macron wants to "close the loop" of the period that we have just lived, explains a close to the head of state: "A page is turning and another will open", we announced. The executive, which is faced with the impatience of part of the population and the pressure of economic circles, must take into account the encouraging signals from a health point of view. The Scientific Council said this weekend that the coronavirus epidemic was "under control". On Tuesday, the Prime Minister's services stressed "the development at this positive stage of the health situation".

To prepare his speech, the President convened Friday the Scientific Council and the Defense Council. He should thus have all the cards in hand to decide, and some anticipate an acceleration of deconfinement.
We already know that Emmanuel Macron is particularly attentive to the issue of restaurants: when he announced the reopening of terraces in Île-de-France, he had promised, in private, to re-study their total reopening as soon as possible before June 22.
