The suspect, a 20-year-old man, left the crime scene on foot but could be arrested an hour later by dog patrolling police. He was initially jailed for attempted murder but released a week later with a changed headline for serious assault.
Now, the man is charged with assigning the other person two stabs in the back with a knife. The deed is deemed to be fatal and thus the heading is grossly abusive.
At the same time, the knife-stricken man and a third person are charged with assault by the man suspected of the fatal stabbing. They are suspected of having seized, beaten and kicked the man.
