The teenager preparing the attack in Krasnoyarsk was recognized insane

On April 16, the FSB of Russia detained a resident of Krasnoyarsk, born in 2006, who was preparing an attack on the school.

SK launched a case against the teenager about preparing for the attack.

According to investigators, the teenager planned to carry out a terrorist attack in school using improvised explosive devices and a cutter for a hunting rifle.
