Earlier, RT opened accepting applications for participation in the Khaled Alkhateb International Memorial Awards, an annual international award awarded to journalists for best work from the conflict zone.
The award was established in memory of the journalist Khaled al-Khatib who died in Syria, who collaborated with RT Arabic. In 2020, it will be held for the third time.
