“The bodies of the preliminary investigation have charged Mikhail Efremov under paragraph“ a ”, part 4, art. 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia, namely, that while driving while intoxicated, he committed an accident that killed a person, ”the statement said.

The prosecutor’s report did not specify the traces of which particular drugs in question.

Earlier media reported that traces of cocaine and marijuana were found in the blood of Efremov.

In the evening of June 8, the car, which was driven by Efremov, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van. The driver of the van died in the hospital. An examination found that Efremov was drunk while driving.
