The delegate of the Government of Madrid José Manuel Franco, charged with a crime of prevarication for authorizing 8-M, has declared this Wednesday before judge Carmen Rodríguez-Medel that he saw no risk in celebrating the massive Women's Day, as reported by legal sources to EL MUNDO.
