Detective leader Hans Melander told the press conference on Wednesday that you will not be able to get an answer even if you have the right murder weapon.

He says that there are very few traces on the two bullets found and that one could not even say that they were shot from the same weapon.

"I'm a little surprised when you say you think it is not possible to identify a weapon," says Sonny Björk, who has cast the bullets to keep the images if the bullets would disappear at the FBI, for example.

- I'm not saying it's possible, but I think there's a possibility if you find the right weapon, says Björk in Veckans Brott.

"Is there enough detail"

To try to find the right weapon, the National Forensic Center, NFC, has tested a total of 788 different weapons and looked at a large number of bullets.

"Unfortunately, it's so bad that the NFC now says it would be very difficult, if possible, to attach the right weapon to the bullets," says Melander.

But Sonny Björk still believes the opportunity exists.

- You look at the boom tracks on the balls that it is a fairly well-kept weapon. If you have saved the weapon for some reason and have not shot very much with it, then there are enough details to get some way, says Björk.
