The man was arrested and arrested yesterday. Already at the initial police interrogations he admitted to the much-publicized double murder in Linköping that occurred in 2004. For 16 years the murder has been unsolved.

According to SVT News Öst's reporter on site, the prosecutor is calling for arrest on probable grounds for murder in two cases. Negotiations will be held behind closed doors.

According to SVT's reporter, the man entered the courtroom with a black jacket covered over his head. The man acknowledges the crime and gives probable cause.

- My client recognizes crime. He admits probable cause for two cases of murder. Claims for arrest are admitted, the man's lawyer Johan Ritzer tells TT.

After the arrest, a press conference will be held at 13.30. SVT News has come to broadcast it live.

The district court finds the man on probable cause of murder in two cases. The 37-year-old is declared in custody and the prosecution must be brought by July 8.
