“The MP, along with fellow colleagues, lawyers and security guards, appeared in the office of the Attorney General. At the same time, under the pretext of an emergency reception to investigate a number of criminal proceedings, parliamentarians simply burst into my office, damaging things to security personnel, ”she said.
As the Prosecutor General noted, any proposals, instructions and requirements of a people's deputy regarding pre-trial investigation are unlawful.
“Pressure on the Attorney General to re-report the suspicion is also inappropriate,” she added.
Earlier it became known that Poroshenko reported suspicion in a criminal case. As stated in the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine, the ex-president of the country is suspected of giving a deliberately illegal order, which prompted the head of the Military Intelligence Service of Ukraine to exceed his official authority.
