It is reported by "STRANA.ua" with reference to the post of deputy on his Facebook page.

The reason for the deputy’s corresponding appeal to the current President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was the plans for a new administrative division in Transcarpathia, where a large “Hungarian” district was formed with its center in Beregovo.

“To entrust Energoatom with Ukrainian research institutes urgently to create 100-150 atomic charges and so-called dirty bombs as a means of deterring an external aggressor,” the message attached to the post says.

In his opinion, these warheads must be detonated in Russia and Hungary with the help of missiles of the RK-360MTs type “Neptune” and sabotage and reconnaissance groups from among the volunteers and volunteers of the “first wave of mobilization”.

“To hand over the created“ dirty bombs ”to them with the order to establish and put on combat readiness near the military facilities of the cities: Budapest (Hungary), St. Petersburg and Moscow (Russian Federation),” the deputy pointed out.

According to Bilan, in another case Ukraine is threatened with the loss of part of the country's territory and Romania’s claim to the land.

In November 2019, Oleg Sentsov, convicted in Russia for preparing a terrorist attack and returning to Ukraine in the course of mutual liberation, suggested that the European Parliament return nuclear weapons to the Ukrainian side.

In the same month, Ukrainian political and economic expert Taras Zagorodni said that Ukraine should develop medium-range missiles that could strike Russian nuclear power plants.

At the same time, back in May 2019, a military expert at the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Igor Koziy proposed to establish “nuclear minefields” on the border with Russia.
