The World Health Organization said the Corona virus taught everyone modesty, warning of the disease spreading with the restrictions loosened. While the European Union has accused China and Russia of publishing false information about the European Union, some European countries face internal criticism over its actions.

In a press conference today, Wednesday, WHO Director Tidros Adhanum said, "The Corona virus taught us humility, and it has proven that we are still in the process of learning," explaining that the pandemic affected all countries of the world and prompted them to rearrange their priorities.

On the influence of the virus on heat, Adhanum said that he is affected by the weather rather than by temperature, and that he is still in the process of growth and development.

The organization expressed its cooperation with many different bodies to develop a vaccine for the virus and to ensure its distribution equally to all countries.

For his part, the Director of the Organization for the Eastern Mediterranean Region, Ahmed bin Salem Al-Manzari, warned of the danger of continuing to increase cases of infection with many countries beginning to ease restrictions, and urged them to ensure implementation of measures according to evidence-based risk assessments.

Al-Manzari said that without the appropriate precautions and monitoring procedures, there would be a real threat of re-emergence of the disease.

And he considered that despite the passage of more than six months since the pandemic, it is not the right time for any country to abandon full caution, stressing that this is the time for countries to continue to work hard on a scientific basis, seek solutions, and exhibit a spirit of solidarity, as he put it.
