In the questionnaire, the department identified 11 challenges that called on students ’families to determine whether or not they were facing them in the process of educating their children remotely. This included providing the school with sufficient educational resources for the child, the large number of duties and projects required of the child and required to be delivered within a short period of time, and the lack of the required duties of the child What causes concern is that the student does not take advantage of the educational programs prescribed in the required manner, the need for a lot of time for parents to provide support for their child, and the difficulty of accessing the school’s educational platform.
The remaining challenges that the department seeks to measure the opinion of the students ’relatives included the availability of textbooks, insufficient direct virtual classes, lack of clarity of educational plans received from the school, the method of communication between the teacher and the student, and the inability to pay school fees for the third semester due to the change in the financial situation For the family, in addition to not having enough educational equipment for children.
The questionnaire included measuring the extent of students ’satisfaction with the program and the methods adopted by the school in implementing the distance education plan, the clarity of homework and homework prepared by the school, the quality and relevance of the educational content in the distance education program, the amount of effort and work required of the student during the distance education period in The last blessed month of Ramadan, in addition to the notes that teachers provide to students during the distance learning period.
Through the questionnaire, the department sought to know the suitability of the family’s situation to interact with the distance education system by clarifying whether the family home has a space designated and suitable for distance education and education for each student (a separate place for each student), the current job status of the guardian, and the extent of cooperation Hand work with him.
