Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia held talks with adviser to British Prime Minister

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and UN Secretary General Antoni Guterres during a telephone conversation discussed the situation in Libya and the issues of responding to challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
