According to the initiative, the minimum hourly wage will be applied when concluding a fixed-term contract on a part-time basis.
“Set the minimum hourly wage from January 1, 2021 in the amount of 150 rubles per hour,” the draft says.
It is assumed that it is subject to indexation once a year.
The document was sent to the government for an official opinion. According to the authors, its adoption will increase the income of Russians in a pandemic.
