In the context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that clashes broke out today between the forces of the regime and the factions following an attack launched by the latter on military sites in Sahel al-Ghab in Hama countryside, killing 19 of the regime forces and 22 of the attacking forces, which withdrew from two villages that had advanced to them after an air strike Russian and heavy Syrian ground shelling.
