Floyd's last memorial service was held in his hometown, killed by the white police. The U.S. opposition Democratic Party has officially proposed a reform bill that includes restrictions on police power, such as a ban on neck throats.

Floyd's coffin arrives at the Memorial Hall in his hometown of Houston.

This is the third and the last commemorative ceremony tomorrow, after the Minneapolis memorial service, the site of death on the 4th.

From early in the morning, the memorial procession continued for a long time outside the ceremonial hall, and the tributaries faced the deceased in person, reminiscent of the justice, equality and police reform sparked by Floyd.

opposition Democratic Party officially initiated a police reform bill with a party theory after mourning the deceased for 8 minutes and 46 seconds.

The legislation included banning neck throats and building a national database to track police officers' misconduct.

Two days later, the Democratic Party decided to hold a hearing on Mr. Floyd's death and bill at the House of Justice.

But Trump's stance is strong, and the US media predicts that the Republican-controlled passage in the Senate is uncertain.
