In 1997, American cinema produced the movie "The Dog's Tail", which depicts an American president trying to escape from his internal crises and sexual scandals by igniting a mock war, in which he hired a Hollywood producer and public relations manager.

The movie, starred by Robert De Niro and Dustin Hoffman, is considered by some to be a model of what is known in politics as fleeing to war, which is often a real war and not Hollywood (relative to Hollywood the city of the US film industry), and politicians use it to escape their internal crises, silence the opposition And critical voices, and uniting the people under a national flag and abundant feelings.

The policy of escaping to the war in the Hollywood way may be the closest example of what is happening in Egypt today, where electronic committees supporting the regime of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi are racing to promote Egypt's preparations for the war in Libya, despite the escalation of the threat to the Egyptian lifeline represented in the Nile River, where Ethiopia declared the challenge And the start of filling the Renaissance Dam, amid activists' questions about which is more dangerous to Egypt's future and national security, and is more important to military intervention.

Ethiopia is challenging the
Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Abi Ahmed, stressed today that the decision to mobilize the Renaissance Dam is irreversible, and that Addis Ababa does not seek to harm others, noting that his country is building the dam for the growth of Ethiopia.

During the opening session of the parliamentary session of the Ethiopian House of Representatives, Ahmed explained that the Renaissance Dam project is progressing according to the schedule set for it, according to what Egyptian newspapers reported.

Ahmed refused to take responsibility for the dam's delay in entry into operation, stressing that his country lost six billion dollars, at a rate of one billion each year, as a result of inaction in the implementation of the project.

Deputy Prime Minister Demek Mekonnen also revealed that the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam is in progress, in an attempt to start filling his lake with water within the specified time frame.

During his visit to Al-Sadd site, the Deputy Prime Minister confirmed that the construction is proceeding well and reached an advanced stage, with strong popular support and close government control, adding, "We are now about to witness the first phase of good news for the project."

Earlier, the Ethiopian Minister of Irrigation published a recent photo of the Renaissance Dam, showing progress on the dam's construction, in preparation for the start of filling the reservoir with the upcoming flood season.

Sisi is preoccupied with Libya and
in exchange for the escalating dialect of the Ethiopian challenge; Silence prevailed over the Egyptian official position and was followed by the media, despite the Sudanese Foreign Minister's calls for the necessity of Egypt and Sudan adopting a "strong position" regarding the first stage of filling the Renaissance Dam reservoir.

"If you face a strong position from my country and Egypt, that the Renaissance Dam will not be filled before reaching an agreement, you will think about it twice," said Sudanese Minister Asma Mohamed Abdullah. Noting that the Renaissance Dam negotiations have completed more than 90% of its files.

The Sudanese minister's statements came out last Saturday, but she did not find listening ears in Cairo, where President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi was busy at the time with the Libyan crisis, in a meeting with retired Major General Khalifa Hifter and Speaker of the Tobruk Parliament Aqila Saleh, to discuss ways to stop the defeats of Hifter's forces, in exchange for successive victories To the reconciliation government headed by Fayez al-Sarraj.

Sisi 's preoccupation with the Libyan crisis resulted in the "Cairo Declaration" calling for a ceasefire, a return to negotiations and a revival of the political process, which was rejected by the internationally recognized government of Al - Wefaq.

For his part, Egyptian Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel-Al said that Egypt will not allow its borders to be threatened and will not stand idly by to defend its interests and those of its Libyan brothers.

During the parliament meeting on Sunday, Abdel-Al said that "Egypt is a strong country with its people and army, and this army is one of the strongest armies in the world, and it has a firm belief to defend the Egyptian territories with its strategic depth, and that any threat to it will be harsh, deterrent and painful."

Although Egypt has not formally declared military participation to halt the advance of the Al-Wefaq government forces, The supporters of the regime and its electronic committees actively promoted Abdel-Al's statements, which was considered Egyptian preparations for military intervention, and to address "the Turkish invasion and terrorist groups," according to their description.

Supporters of the regime circulated video clips of military convoys, apparently moving on the international coastal road in western Egypt, with assurances that Egypt had run out of patience, and that the Al-Sarraj government and its ally Turkey should take responsibility and wait for the Egyptian army in Tripoli.

Activists launched a label entitled "The Egyptian Army", during which they exchanged Abdel-Al's statements and military frame clips, and some of them participated in pictures of the Egyptian forces' training, while others preferred to use the mark in attacking Turkey, the Al-Wefaq government and the Brotherhood.

But it is interesting that most of the people who participated in the tweets of this tag were from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, in exchange for a smaller presence for the Egyptians in the tag that promotes Egyptian military intervention in Libya.

It is unlikely that Sisi interfered in Libya,
it is a media war / old video show.
Sisi was not given a green light from America or Europe.
Turkey is a country with NATO
Sisi, it is more dangerous to enter a war in Libya or with Ethiopia, because its internal situation is sloppy, and an opportunity will be
built upon by a revolution and its ouster , as the Egyptians descend to the Zionist street .

But pages specializing in military affairs, made it clear that the pictures of the military frames are old, and return to the military maneuver "Qader 2020", which was carried out by the Egyptian army in the western region early this year, where there are several military bases, on top of which is the Muhammad Naguib base, which witnessed expansion and development. Sisi opened it two years ago.

The broadcaster close to the security services also called on Ahmed Moussa to "not repeat the rumors and circulate video clips," stressing that the Egyptian army is capable at all times, and that Egypt is working and does not talk much.

Where is the Renaissance Dam?
The promotion of military intervention in Libya, which was intensified by the electronic committees of the Sisi regime, was met with sarcasm and questions from social networking activists, about the reality of this interference, and why Egypt is preoccupied with delusional dangers, while silence on the real danger that knocks its doors through the Renaissance Dam.

If the military force must be used to solve the current crises of Egypt, then the Renaissance Dam crisis must be a priority in the military option, Mougardoun said.

Others have warned against drifting behind the UAE's desires for a proxy war, during which the Egyptian army will become involved, just as the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser was involved in the Yemeni civil war in the 1960s.

The deceitful Sisi wants to convince the people that facing the Turkish intervention in Libya is a championship ...
and that ignoring the Renaissance Dam is the summit of diplomacy
and a sign of political savvy.
Many people either support him or justify his actions, or they are afraid of him, and they hypocrites him or keep silent about his criticism.

because it is simply the army of Sisi, not the army of Egypt, and the
army that flatters the land is easy for it to overburden the water and who tells you to love the army and with support despite the corruption of the military establishment It keeps present with two sisi

Military intervention in Libya is a failure that
will be reflected on Egypt's worn and heavily indebted economy
. Ethiopia will dictate the Renaissance Dam, seizing the opportunity and extinguish the agricultural and food problem of Egypt.
