New assessments, new measures, highlights: an update on the latest developments in the Covid-19 pandemic.

- Over 400,000 dead

The pandemic has killed at least 400,346 people worldwide since its onset in December in China, according to a report compiled by AFP from official sources Sunday at 7:00 p.m. GMT.

The United States is the most affected country in terms of number of deaths and cases, with 110,482 deaths for 1,938,842 official cases. Next come the United Kingdom (40,542 dead), Brazil (35,930 dead), Italy (33,899 dead) and France (29,155 dead).

- Greece: migrants still confined

Greece extends the confinement imposed on overcrowded migrant camps by two weeks. Migrants living in the Aegean Sea and on the mainland will be confined until June 21.

At the same time, the country is preparing to resume tourism essential for its economy: the airports of Athens and Thessaloniki will reopen on June 15.
