A 36-year-old Bolivian woman has been detained by the Civil Guard accused of killing her former partner, 47 years old and of the same nationality, during an argument that occurred last Saturday morning at a place where they lived located in a shopping center in Coscoja street, in the El Encinar urbanization of the Alberche de Villa del Prado (Madrid).

The arrested woman asked for help around 0045 hours on Saturday saying that "her husband", named Rodolfo, had stuck a knife in his side. Summa doctors came to the scene and could only confirm the man's death. She bled to death after suffering the stab wound.

The Homicide agents of the Civil Guard Command were surprised because she fell into contradictions about what happened and offered different versions of the events, so they proceeded to her provisional arrest.

Finally, the autopsy confirmed that it was a violent death and the woman was charged with a crime of homicide after arguing with the man for reasons under investigation. According to the Civil Guard, the man was his ex-partner, although those close to his claim that they lived together. No minor resided with them.

According to several people, they had been living in the place above a restaurant for a very short time and they were the guards of that place. When the events happened during the morning, nobody heard anything and only the security guards of the urbanization confirmed that the woman left the center inside the Civil Guard car. It is unknown if there were previous complaints of mistreatment between the couple.
