At 22.20, police were alerted by several people disturbed by loud music from cars in central Umeå. The police went to the place where about 10 cars were gathered. The police informed the people that the music was disturbing.
Shortly thereafter, a police officer in Vilhelmina was alerted to the same. Cars had gathered in a parking lot at a car company and played loud music. Even there, the police went to the scene and talked to the people, who promised to lower the volume.
